At BETAFPV, we stand behind the quality of our FPV equipment and offer a 30-day return window for products in new, unopened condition. If you encounter a technical defect, our specialized support team is available to assist with warranty claims and troubleshooting.

Return Process

    Submit a Support Ticket

    Log in to your account and open a support ticket including your order number, clear photos of the product, and a detailed description of the reason for return.

    Receive RMA Authorization

    Our technical team will review your request within 48 hours; if approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate warehouse address.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Pack the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
