What is the typical shipping time for international orders?
International orders generally take 7-15 business days to arrive depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Tracking information will be provided via email once your package leaves our warehouse.
Does BETAFPV offer a warranty on flight controllers and ESCs?
Yes, we offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by crashes, improper soldering, or unauthorized modifications.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay to ensure a secure and convenient checkout experience.
How can I return a defective product?
To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 15 days of receiving your item. You will need to provide your order number and a clear video or photo demonstrating the technical issue.
Are your drones compatible with ELRS or Frsky protocols?
Most of our drones are available in multiple receiver versions, including ExpressLRS (ELRS), Frsky, and TBS Crossfire. Please check the product specifications page to select the correct protocol for your radio transmitter.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they enter the 'Processing' stage. Once an order is shipped, we cannot make changes, but you may initiate a return after the package arrives.
